It is a ski-in and ski-out property that is conveniently located next to the sports center (hot tub, swimming pool, tennis courts & ice rink) and within walking distance to the golf course and village core. It is ideally positioned for easy access to the resort's restaurants, shopping and entertainment facilities.

A luxurious 1,200+ SQ. FT. three bedroom townhouse with 1 & 1/2 bathrooms and three balconies can accomodate 8 guests comfortably. It's features include drive-in garage with access to stairs and ski-storage, keyless entry access, heated tile floors, gas fireplace, dishwasher, washer and dryer, full jetted bathtub, a fully appointed kitchen with microwave, fridge and range, an eight person hot tub, patio furniture and BBQ.

It is all beautifuly furnished with distinctive wood accents finished with knotty-pine and local art adorning the walls. King size bed, queen size bed, a pair of bunk beds and a pull-out queen sofa bed that can sleep a further two persons. It even comes with modern comfortable furnishings and has all the latest modern appliances, such as three TV's, two with VCR/DVD and the third with a Microsoft X-Box gaming system, two telephones, fax machine and a CD/tape stereo.

At Sun Peaks, it all starts with our setting: A magnificent crown of mountains, in winter rimmed with powder-laden alpine bowls and cascading slopes that seem to go on forever! A fantastic array of terrain that offers challenge and choice aplenty, with over 3,600 skiable acres, great grooming, long cruising runs and the greatest vertical in British Columbia's interior. Sun Peaks offers a vast and varied playground for all kinds of ski and snow activities for any level of ability. In the summer months the same backdrop offers visitors spectacular mountain bike and hiking trails. or scenic views from the holes of the Graham Cooke designed golf course.

We top it off with some absolutely outstanding weather. Sun Peaks boasts some of the best winter conditions in Canada, with mild temperatures, fine dry snow, abundant blue skies, and over 2,000 hours of sunshine a year. The summer months provide dry, warm conditions perfect for the many outdoor activities the resort has to offer.
